A seasoned hospitality professional with 20 years of qualitative experience, Rahul has led his teams to operational excellence across various hotel chains, most recently serving as Corporate General Manager for Tiaraa Hotels based out of Jim Corbett, where he managed three operating and two pre-opening properties while driving rapid national growth. Having worked under the leadership of industry veterans like Mr. Perkin Rocha, Mr. Avinash Mangani, Mr. Ankul Khantwal, Mr. Rajesh Jugran, and Mr. Mukanda Chaudary, he also contributed significantly as part of the pre-opening teams for two Regenta Tiaraa Hotels. Rahul is a firm believer in encouraging the cross-mobility of team members, analyzing product versus service feedback, and executing targeted action plans to elevate guest satisfaction. This strategic philosophy ultimately inspired him to step ahead and launch his own brand, Saalak Hotels and Resorts, in March 2025, focusing on quality, service excellence, environmental harmony, and tailored functionality across diverse business, religious, and leisure destinations.
